William L. Roper Chief Executive Officer
Chairman Board of Directors
Mr. Roper received a B.A. degree in marketing from the University of Florida. He has spent 30 years in the corporate environment with such firms as Proctor and Gamble, Anderson Clayton, Stahl Meyer Meats and Borden Foods, Inc. An indication of his effectiveness is that during his four-year tenure as President and CEO of Borden Foods, Inc. over twenty new products were introduced and sales increased from $470 million to over $1.4 billion. Mr. Roper then became a partner of Hicks-Greist and advertising and marketing company. During his tenure, billings increased some 600 percent. Following the sale of the company, Mr. Roper then retired to Southern Florida. He first learned about Magnettotherapy from his personal use as it alleviated his back pain. Mr. Roper co-founded and started R.G.D. Technologies, Inc. in 1994 and introduced the magnet technique for pain relief to golf and tennis professionals and lay people in 1994.
Mr. Hubert Tibbetts

Mr. Tibbetts has agreed to act as Interim President of the Company during the Company’s search for a permanent president. Mr. Tibbetts graduated from Harvard College. He was a Management Engineer for Metropolitan Life and a writer for North American Newspaper Alliance. From 1950-1961, Mr. Tibbetts served as Group Product Manager for Lever Brothers, US General Manager for Sales Sheriff Horsey and the Senior Vice President for Lennen and Newell. From 1961-1969 he was Executive Vice President and then President and CEO of Borden Foods, Inc. From 1969-1988 Mr. Tibbetts served as President and then Chairman and CEO of Thomas J. Lipton, Inc. During his tenure at Thomas J. Lipton, Inc. sales and profits increased for 19 consecutive years. Mr. Tibbetts has introduced and marketed over 40 new products, many of which are still sold in the marketplace. (Niagara Spray Starch, Lipton Cup of Soup, and Cremora are but a few of the brands.) Mr. Tibbetts has over 30 years experience at the CEO level.

Ms. Di Napoli graduated from Providence College with a B.A. Degree in History in 1990. She was an Army ROTC Scholarship recipient. Ms. Di Napoli was Racquetball Team President, and a member of a team that ranked 7th nationally for two years. Ms. Di Napoli is currently a member of the Professional Golfers Association as an apprentice Golf Professional. She served as Tournament Coordinator at PGA National Golf Club, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida from 1992-1995. Along with Mr. Roper, Ms Di Napoli was a co-founder of the Company. Her experience in the golfing arena and knowledge of Magnetotherpay have been very beneficial to the growth of the Company.
Mr. Michael V. Gallagher, Jr. Vice President

Mr. Gallagher graduated fro Wake Forest University, which he attended on a golf scholarship. Mr. Gallagher was a four-year team member on the Wake Forest Golf Team and was alternating captain with Arnold Palmer. Since 1960 Mr. Gallagher has been Head Golf Professional at various golf clubs, including: The Everglades Club, Palm Beach, Florida and PGA National Golf Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Mr. Gallagher holds several golf course scoring records and qualified for the USGA Open in 1956, three USGA Senior Opens, and four PGA Senior Championships. In 1988 Mr. Gallagher won the South Florida Senior Championship. Mr. Gallagher has a great working knowledge of golf pro shop operations and the golfing profession as a whole.
Mr. Richard Hricak Member Board of Directors
Mr. Hricak was born in Belgium. He attended Engineering School and came to the United States in 1953. Mr. Hricak became interested in solar control window film and started his own company after developing, designing and building a coating and laminating machine for the manufacturer of solar film. He introduced and sold tinted film in over 48 countries. After 25 years in the solar control field, Mr. Hricak sold his interest in the company in 1991 and turned his entrepreneurial acumen to Magetotherapy. Mr. Hricak co-authored the book Discover of Magnetic Health, which is fast becoming a leading seller in the United States, Canada, England, Australia and Mexico. Mr. Hricak also developed a magnetic anti-pollution device for auto, truck or any combustion engine, which reduces carbon dioxide emissions. He received a patent for this device, which has been licensed to the Company for distribution. Mr. Hricak’s main focus in Magnetotherapy and the emission control arena.

President, CEO of ZMP Management Corporation and past president and owner of Health Management Services, Inc. Mr. Cralle’, a registered Physical Therapist for 23 years, is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a certificate in Physical Therapy. He has been chairman of many special interest groups on a state and national basis in the American Physical Therapy Association, has authored many articles and been in private practice since 1972. Mr. Cralle’ has developed several joint ventures, including a pain center in West Palm Beach, Florida, and he had a controlling financial interest in twelve physical therapy centers that were sold in 1992 to two of the country’s leading publicly held rehabilitation companies. He continues to operate an out patient physical therapy center in Delray Beach, Florida.
Dr. Joseph Kleinkort, Ph.D, M.A., P.T. Member Board of Directors
Dr. Kleinkort is Senior Vice President of “Work Steps,” a Texas injury prevention organization providing services to Lockhead Missile and oil producing companies. A graduate of St. Louis University and Ball State University, he has been honored with many professional appointments in the Physical Therapy industry, including consultant to the Surgeon General of the United States Air Force. Dr. Kleinkort is in “Who’s Who in the World in 1995,” as well as “Who’s Who in Optical Science Engineering.” Dr. Kleinkort is listed in the Dictionary of International Biographies, and was a recipient of the prestigious St. Louis university alumni Merit Award. The Texas Physical Therapy Association named Dr. Kleinkort “Outstanding Therapist” in Texas in 1985. Dr. Kleinkort is a popular author and lecturer.
Mr. William Whaley Member Board of Directors
Mr. Whaley is Director of Golf at Ibis Golf and Country Club, West Palm Beach, Florida. He is President of the South Florida PGA section, and is on two national committees of the PGA of American Tournament Committee and Chairman of the PGA of America Credit Union. Mr. Whaley is also on the Southeast PGA Chapter Orals Committee. Since 1982 Mr. Whaley has won over eighty-two professional golf tournaments and is holder of eight course records. He has competed on golf tours in the United States, Asia, and Australia. Mr. Whaley is also and instructor for the Nicklaus/Flick golf schools across the country.
Dr. Carlton F. Hazelwood Member Board of Directors
Dr. Hazelwood graduated form Texas A&M University and received his Ph.D. in Medical Physiology from University of Tennessee. Dr. Hazelwood did post doctoral study at John Hopkins University. He is currently Professor, Department of Pediatrics and Department of Molecular Physiology and Biophysics at Baylor College of Medicine and Adjunct Professor at Rice Houston, Texas. Dr. Hazelwood was a founding member and member of the Board of Directors for Magnetic Resonance Imaging. He was Chairman, Committee of Peer Review, National Institute of Health Office of Alternative Medicine. Dr. Hazelwood has twenty-five plus years of Biomedical research in Physiology and Biophysics dealing with the living state in both health and disease. With over 100 major scientific papers published and editor of two books, Dr. Hazelwood is a world renowned author and lecturer. His latest abstract is written with R.L. Van Zandt, An Hypothesis Defining an Objective End Point for the Relief of Chronic Pain.

Based upon understanding the importance of conducting scientific and clinical research, the Board of Directors of Magnetherapy Inc. has established a Scientific and Medical Advisory Board.
Marko Markov, Ph.D.- Vice President of Research and Development for Magnetherapy, Inc. chairs the Board. Dr. Markov is a Professor of Biophysics with 28 years of experience studying the biological and clinical effects of various magnetic fields. He implemented the method of cell-free myosin phosphorylation for bioelectromagnetics research. Dr. Markov has published 86 papers in peer review journals and books and is one of the world’s experts in the clinical application of magnetic fields.
Raymond Cralle’, R.P.T.- Physical Therapist with over 25 years of experience in using electric and electromagnetic stimulation. Ray Cralle’ developed 13 Sports Medicine Centers in South Florida. He has participated in a number of rehabilitation programs and established a pain clinic in West Palm Beach, FL. Ray has held offices at both State and National levels in the American Physical Therapy Association and currently owns his own clinic in Delray Beach, FL.
Carlton Hazelwood, Ph.D.- Professor of Physiology, Baylor Collage of Medicine. Dr. Hazelwood has 20 years of experience using NMR for identification of important biological molecules and state of water in various pathological conditions. He has recently published a study on use of permanent magnets to help patients with post-polio syndrome.
Joe Kleinkort, P.T., Ph.D.- is the only Physical Therapist to be considered for nomination for the Nobel Prize. He has three decades of experience in application of magnetic, electric and electromagnetic stimulation in physical therapy.
Ronald Lawrence, M.D., Ph.D.- Is a respected neurologist who has been in the forefront of alternative medicine and has experience in areas of pain relief, sports medicine, and acupuncture. Dr. Lawrence is founder and President of the North American Academy of Magnetherapy.
Abraham Liboff, Ph.D.- Professor of Physics at Oakland University, Michigan. He is one of the world’s leading scientists in Bioelectromagnetics.
